We accept a wide range of payment methods, including most major credit cards, debit, checks, cash, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Level Orthodontics works with many orthodontic insurance providers to help maximize your benefits. We will assist in determining your coverage, filing claims, and managing assignments to ensure a smooth process. We do not want finances to be a barrier to your treatment. In-Office Payment Plans
Our payment plans allow you to make a reasonable down payment at the start of treatment, followed by affordable monthly installments. We also offer a low down-payment option. All plans are interest-free and managed directly through our office.
With our in-office payment plans, which are Flexible and Interest-free, you can spread the cost of your orthodontic treatment into manageable monthly payments rather than paying in full upfront. We also offer low down-payment options.
down payments can be made with Cash, Check, Debit, or Credit Card. Monthly payment plans can be done with debit or ACH.
